How NeoProject handles the personal data you share with us through this website.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is NeoProject d.o.o., Prusnikova ulica 2, 1210 Ljubljana - Sentvid, Slovenia. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to info@neoproject.ai.
What we collect and why
We only collect what you send us yourself. We do not buy data and we do not track visitors.
- Contact form. Your name, email address, company and the content of your message, used to answer your enquiry.
- Support form. Your name, phone number, email address, company, the subject and description of your request, and any file you attach, used to handle that request.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps server logs, which include your IP address, for security and troubleshooting.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services and keeping the website secure.
Cookies
This website sets two cookies and both are strictly necessary for it to work: one remembers your chosen language, the other keeps your session. We use no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies, which is why you are not asked for cookie consent.
Fonts loaded from Google
The website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser requests those files from Google servers, and your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process.
Who else processes your data
Two service providers process data on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions:
- Odoo S.A. hosts this website and the systems behind our forms.
- Google Ireland Ltd. provides our business email, so messages you send us are stored there.
Where these providers transfer data outside the European Economic Area, they do so under the safeguards allowed by the GDPR. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship for two years and then delete them. Data that becomes part of a contract or of our accounting records is kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and ask to receive it in a portable form. Write to info@neoproject.ai and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, gp.ip@ip-rs.si.
Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you by automated means and we do not build profiles of visitors.

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
